Purpose:

To sense correct posture and how the orthopedic structure walks us. Strengthens the toes, ankles, and legs. To give one a sense of smoothness.

VISUAL TARGET PRACTICE

Purpose:

Develop relaxed eye movements until extraneous muscles tire and allow eyes to move freely without tension. Good for co-ordination. Doing 50 of these is nice.

Doing 500, and paying attention, may give a sense of total relaxation.
