HEAD THROWS

Purpose:

Reinforce good head position up straight, not tilted forward as is so common, especially reading or looking at a cell phone.

Approach:

Sit with the hands on the legs. Throw the chest and head back.

Notes:

Doing, say, 50 throws can reinforce good upper body posture.
