CRAWLING

Purpose:

Simple exercise to strengthen the back, arms, and neck. Develop coordination.

Approach:

Crawl on the hands and knees. Hand/opposite-knee go forward at the same time.

Notes:

This simple exercise is not such an easy exercise.
