CHEST DROPS

Purpose:

To give mild exercise to the back and neck.

Approach:

The hands hold on to the support with the upper body forward. The upper body is lowered to its limit and then raised to the starting position. The knees should be slightly flexed, the arms and hands loose (despite the illustration of the Full Chest Drops), the shoulders down.

Notes:

100 Chest Drop provides a nice relaxation when the back is tight. This exercise, like many others, can be done anywhere, for example, in the living room or waiting next to the car.
