Purpose:
To develop flexibility of the back and neck. To reduce fear of using the back. To prepare for tumbling exercises.
A wonderful stretching exercise to loosen knee joints and hip joints, strengthen the upper legs, and give energy to one’s walk.
This is a wonderful exercise to teach good posture for the neck, shoulders, and upper back. A powerful exercise to get to the bottom of neck and upper body pains.
To teach good position of the upper back. To strengthen the arms, chest, and upper back muscles.
