Purpose:
To relax the neck and shoulders. To provide a sample and relaxing exercise that promotes good posture good balance and flexibility.
Position:
Stand up, spread the feet some distance apart and turn the body right and left in a manner similar to the Visual Turns. In this case the arms and shoulders are free to swing back-and-forth. Use targets on the left side and the right side to kind of signify goal posts. As the swing becomes more natural, increase the angle of each target so that the turn is longer.
