Common pain is often caused by moving incorrectly over many years. “Many years” means 10, 15, 20, 30, or 40 years. “Common pain” means many instances of back, neck, shoulder, hip...
1.CHOOSE AN EXERCISE – If you want to improve your walk or posture, try to choose an exercise that you think will improve a specific aspect. If you hurt somewhere, try to choose an exercise that will correct the movement or posture that results in the hurt. If you just want to choose a specific exercise for its own sake, that is fine too.
2.TRY THE EXERCISE – Do the exercise an enough number of times (or long enough) so that you can later determine its effect on your movement or posture or pain.
3.ASSESS ITS EFFECTS – If you did an exercise for your neck, see if your neck does feel better. If you used weights to help with your posture, check if your posture is better, even a little bit. And for sure, no exercise should ever hurt at all afterwards; if so, don’t do the exercise.

That so-called “bad knee” is not a bad knee that just happened. You caused the bad knee, over many years, without realizing it.
Our goal is to wake you up to the importance of how you move every day. To create a better you. To show you, and teach you, how to train your body to move the right way. Pick an exercise to improve your walk. Practice your new walk until it is a habit. Then you will feel better, move better, and rid yourself of any unnecessary pains.
